“I have long been interested in the study of the mind-body-spirit connection, and throughout my research, the mind emerges as a powerful tool that can either aid or hinder us in the creation of health, happiness, and meaningful life. Hypnosis works with the natural properties of the mind to help dissolve blockages to optimal functioning and promote a sense of balance and wholeness. I am especially interested in the use of hypnotherapy in facilitating the process of inner transformation, unfoldment, and simply ‘coming into one’s own’. To this end, I utilize various approaches, including past life regression and accessing the wisdom and guidance within.”
