A graduate of the University of North Dakota with a B.Sc. in Psychology, I utilize hypnotherapy to support clients in their goals of achieving dynamic changes in their lives.
I have experienced the benefits of hypnosis in both achieving goals and expanding awareness. Personal areas of interest include the application of hypnotherapy to reduce stress and anxiety, provide relief from phobias and unwanted behaviours, as well as past life regression. Day, evening and weekend appointments are available. Based in Morden, Manitoba.
I want to reach those who feel that traditional treatments have not worked for them or would like hypnotherapy to work in conjunction with traditional treatments and to let them know that past life experiences may have left residual effects in their current lives.
Hypnotherapy can create positive changes on a subconscious level in a relatively short period of time.
Whether clients want to change unwanted habits, release anxieties, discover past lives, or are on a journey of self-discovery, I will help them to explore exactly what it is that they want to achieve. Each session is unique and personalized for their needs.
